Runtime permission that allows the script to manage estate access rules via llManageEstateAccess without notifying the object owner of the changes.

Constant groups: [ScriptPermission](/constants/groups/ScriptPermission/)

A script with this permission does not notify the object owner when it modifies estate access rules via [llManageEstateAccess](/functions/llManageEstateAccess/).
