Prim parameter [PRIM_FULLBRIGHT, integer face, integer boolean] to get or set whether full-bright rendering is enabled on the specified face.

Constant groups: [PrimParam](/constants/groups/PrimParam/), [PrimParamGet](/constants/groups/PrimParamGet/)

Used to get or set the full-bright setting of a prim's face.
