# VEHICLE_LINEAR_DEFLECTION_TIMESCALE

*LSL constant*

```lsl
integer VEHICLE_LINEAR_DEFLECTION_TIMESCALE = 29;
```

Vehicle float parameter specifying the exponential timescale for the vehicle to redirect its linear velocity along its preferred X-axis. It is another way to specify how much time it takes for the vehicle's linear velocity to be redirected to its preferred axis of motion.

Constant groups: [VehicleFloatParam](/constants/groups/VehicleFloatParam/)
