Function syntax
list llGetVisualParams(key agentid,// UUID of the avatar in the same region.list params// A list of visual parameter IDs or names to retrieve values for.
);- Returns

An empty list if agentid is not found.
An empty string, "", is returned in the place of any invalid or unknown visual parameter.
Returns a list of the details for agentid requested in params.
