Wiki description
Used in input parameters of llManageEstateAccess. Add the agent to this estate's Banned residents list. If the agent is on the estate, they will be immediately teleported home or to a random infohub, if they don't have a home spot set. If the agent had their home spot on the region, it will be erased (but can be set again after an un-ban).
