STATUS ROTATE Y
Looking for the current API? Open the STATUS_ROTATE_Y reference →
Wiki description
This property (set TRUE by default) allows physical rotation on the object's local Y-axis. Setting to FALSE prevents physical rotation around the local Y-axis. For example, a sit-and-spin device spins around the Z axis (up) but not around the X or Y axes.
Examples

llSetStatus(STATUS_ROTATE_X | STATUS_ROTATE_Y | STATUS_ROTATE_Z, FALSE); // Set a block on all physical rotation.
llSetStatus(STATUS_PHYSICS, TRUE); // Set physical.
// Congratulations! You have created a ball that won't roll.
